A few important ones to remember are All owners are legally responsible for any injuries that may occur. While it would be nice if nothing ever happened it does. Keep food out of the area. Owners have differing opinions on dog treats and what dogs can eat. Reward their behavior with words and save the treat for later. While it is hot out and some dogs love to play in the water just as much as humans dogs are not to play in the kids waterpark area. Dog waterparks are not available. Pay attention to what your dog is doing. Some people may not be as comfortable with your dog jumping on them as you are. Be overly courteous. For the Silverado Ranch area the results were that 94 sales were canceled 236 sales were postponed 26 homes were sold to a 3rd party and 97 were sold back to the bank.
