Situated in the actual city of North Las Vegas is the alluring and affordable master-planned community of Eldorado. Residents living in Eldorado homes have the perks of living in the city of North Las Vegas which is currently one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Nevada. It was also recognized as the second fastest growing mid-sized city in the United States in 2008. The majority of the North Las Vegas population is young families with children, and a recent survey showed that almost half of those families moved to the area over the last five years. With an increase in population and developed land comes more green space.
